Gotta tell you, I did find you because I have a crush on Lisa Looper.

However, since she and I are very married(still gonna get one of those holsters for my wife, that's genius), I followed the links and managed to find your site. I gotta say it is incredible. My daughter is 6years old, and I can only hope she turns out like you(have no idea how old you are...20's?). I have turned my wife on to your website, and it gave her great ideas for holsters and how to carry them with different outfits without having to try them ALL on with a ton of expensive holsters. She was pocket carrying and your videos convinced her to finally get a holster. After I got in trouble for watching your videos.

Your info is gold, and I truly appreciate the videos. I hope there is a way you could pay the bills with this! My beloved wife carries the newish Ruger .380, I'm a Taurus .40.

IMHO, I'm glad you are in tune enough to not show your face, I can only imagine the crud you get on a daily basis. Sure is easy to hide behind a computer, its amazing what people will say when there are no repercussions.

I think its incredibly brave and awesome what you are doing. Not just in CCW apparel, how to carry, etc.. but in the Bug Out info, knives, etc... Its great info for a first timer and I hope it spurs more interest.

Love your CCW videos. I just got my CPL and my bf just doesn't understand the greater complications of being a women gun-totter--from hand size to concealment. Your videos were EXACTLY what I was looking for and incredibly helpful and courageous. And I just want to let you know that my girlfriends and I, once they get their permits at least, do say "hey, let go out and shoot" :) Thank you!

You have it set up great and your "Tin" was well thought out.

I'm glad I found your video on YouTube while looking for a concealed carry holster for my wife...perfect and I do believe that we watched all of your videos.

I keep a survival "Tin" similar to yours in my truck and bits and pieces of it have been used often over the years and get replaced after they're used up. I had not thought about using the straws the way you did; that was brilliant and I now have them in my "Tin".

The P-38 I have those little things all over the place. On key chains, in tackle boxes, in my "Tins" in the boat etc.

If you and yours ever want to travel to Texas to spend some time in the woods, hunt and shoot let me know. We'd love to have you stay with us.

I'll be checking in to see what's new.

Hey Falia,

do you have any recommendations for a gun belt/or brand? Also, can you give more details about the thigh holster? how does it work if one gets sweaty/dancing? Does it seem to slip down any?

And as for the ankle holster, is it real secure also? Especially considering much movement/sweat? Does it slip down any?

I just tend to have a very active lifetyle, and thus, challenged in findind a good secure way to stash. I however, just a few minutes ago ordered the Supertuck, and am looking forward to using it!

thank you SO much for having the gumption (?sp) to put up with the nonsense from the jerks, after having posted the videos and creating your blog. They are awesome! I too have had such a hard time figuring out how to wear my snubby, and I loved the fact that you demonstrated with our impractical choices of clothing, etc. I will look into your various choices of holsters, as I do have a couple of good ones, but am limited by narrow ankled jeans/pants, and slim clothing. Keep it up, we sure do appreciate it. I'm also impressed you are prepping, as I am too. It takes SOOO much time tho~ take care for now, A : )

Your videos actually made me go log in to my Google account so I could subscribe to your blog, I liked them THAT much.

With that said, I am a father to six little girls age 14-2 and am just beginning to learn about guns myself. I enjoy your perspective and knowledge and showed your conceal vid to my wife today.

It is encouraging to see the options she has and your vids are helping me bridge the gap between "why is Dad talking to us about guns?" and "Oh look, SHE has several guns and she dresses cool!"

You only want one virus protection at a time on your computer. Best virus protection to use is Microsoft Security Essentials. Not McAfee or Norton or Avast or AVG. Then install a free version of ZONE ALARM firewall protection. This is your first line of defense for your computer.

If looking for a HDD to store your data on I am still not certain on digital drives if you really understand how they are constructed you will understand. Western Digital Black is the HDD of choice. Read up on this Hard Drive. It is designed to take abuse and shock that other drives can't handle. I have an external that is an experiment drive and it survived through college going for a IT degree. It has been dropped multiple times. Sometimes for demonstration. Why? It you asked me what my opinion is and how I test different gear. I can honestly say I put hardware through its paces. Just my opinion.

The medium (and large) ALICE ruck was intended only for use with the ALICE frame. If you get hold of the small ALICE, they can go without a frame. Running the M or L without a frame will make for a really uncomfortable experience.

The ALICE stuff isn't fashionable or super-comfy (tho it's not bad once you set it up right), but it is cheap, strong and very durable, and very functional.

Here's another guy that respects and appreciates the fact that you carry a firearm and are interested in self-sufficiency/survivalism.I don't personally know any girls/women who are (not many men for that matter, either). It seems that my local area suffers from the medievalesque knight in shining armor syndrome that James Cannon was talking about. Total apathy. I gently encouraged my Mom to start carrying a firearm for protection a few years ago; she doesn't go anywhere without it now. I'm going to show her your blog and youtube channel, I think she'll appreciate your insight. Those idiot males on youtube don't know what they're talking about. It's sad that you obviously care enough to take the time to read your viewer's comments and have to see that. Just know that you are probably better prepared and more likely to survive a hostile situation than the scum who made those comments; and it's probably the reason they made those comments in the first place. Keep this thing going, I've already learned some stuff from your youtube videos and look forward to learning more.
